imagine if there were thousands of these small boats each controled by 1 person. So instead of being inside a big ass ship that can be potentially destroyed in 2-3 missle hits, these small motherfuckers each have a gun of its own and if one goes, there are more, MANY MORE.

Actually, Psychic is only normal effective against Ghost. Unless you're talking about 1st Gen? If so, their rules were a bit glitched and whacked.

I used Gengar as one of my six in gen 1+2 so that is part of it but a quick trip over to bulbapedia says that we're looking at x2 damage from Ghost, Psychic and Dark (and Ground if it looses levitate).

Yes. X2 means only one type is affected by the move. Gengar's weaknesses are as follows.

Ghost takes X2 damages from Ghost and Dark moves, no damage from Fighting and Normal, and not very effected by Poison.

Poison takes X2 damages from Psychic and Ground, no damage from Poison, and not very effected by Fighting and Bug.

I tend to pass him over in my parties because I prefer not to double up any types, and prefer Crobat for my Poison type.

Yes, they actually have. A dictatorship can only survive if a majority of the people feel too comfortable in it to actually risk something to change it. And no, I am a not claiming that it is "easy" to topple a dictator. But if a vast majority of the people want it, then it will happen, as it has happened in many many countries, like in East Europe at the end of the Cold War, like in Libya and now in Syria. People there have risked their lives to end dictatorships. People who still live in dictatorships have elected not to do so.

I have always been saying "Every country has exactly the government that it deserves." I never knew that Patton said something similar.
