Does this thing have a name or race?

He is The Mouth of Sauron. He belongs to a race of men called the "Black Numenoreans" from the land of Alda. They came to Middle Earth, specifically to invade the kingdom of Gondor in the Second Age. During the Second Age they began their worship of Sauron and Melkor because they believed that they were all powerful and could give them the gift of immortality, like the elves and the eldar. They became consumed by dark knowledge and eventually became the tools of Sauron. They are corrupt men, simple as that.

he is called a black numenorian, or a fallen numenorian corrupted by Saurons dark magic. so in fact he is a human being with roots in the numenorian kingdom like Aragorn also have, but it seems that his life have been extended by Saurons dark magic as he is in fact a powerful wizard compared to other human wizards
