thing is, support is proberlly the most important role their is. purely because of how big of an impact we have, i mean with a great support but a **** adc. the adc will get fed. but a great adc with **** support will have a lot of trouble.
(to me it's support>jungle>adc>mid>top)

In my years of playing this game and being gold elo scrublord , in my opinion an adc is only as good as his support.

If you really want to climb the latter, try focusing on support/jungle/mid, those are the roles that carry games. In that order ;d

That's why I like top lane , farthest away from any possible engagement except pesky junglers deciding top lane is the perfect beach for their summer vacation.

The essence of teamwork is not trusting the work on someone else.

NONONO let ME tell you my new found rage for this game, I've been playing for about 5 weeks, I'm rather good, I'm lvl 27 and I can contest against the silvers and some golds fairly easily, but the real kicker is when I'm queued with other low people like me and because they can't hold their lane I'm left alone to carry, but that doesn't exactly work out when I'm 9-2 and the rest of my team is 2-12, it doesn't work, why can't i find good people....why....why....(my last game was a 15-8 fiora carry and we lost)

i don't want to sound like a dick but the x/8/x is never really good i had to learn this myself especially playing adc you are worth a lot more dealing dmg over a longer period of time than dying and taking one or two with you

At least you didn't become those supports that blame all their ******** in their adcs

I actually believe you can learn some things from games. Like organization, commietment, reflexes, multitasking, assuming roles, leadership, etc.... not just video games, I bet this applies to all competitive games.

The trick is to play support champions in the jungle. I've found thresh leona and even nami to be decent in the jungle. Their ganks are incredible but camp clear is a little behind

Or you could play a jungler with CC and have ganking power and clear speed.

A good support makes the worst carry look like a god. But I hear you... I adc and support most of the time (about 50/50)... and it can just be painful some times when you have either a bad support or a bad carry... or EVEN worse if your play styles don't match. That being said though, I think dispite being a really underrated role, support and adc can be one of the most rewarding and challenging in the game. I love supporting because it's like playing the game on "hardcore" you have to spend 800 gold on a ward ******* , at least 400ish on a ****** starting item, and get like no gold what-so-ever.

And then, you end up owning the enemy team with clever plays, instead of "DERP QWER" huehuehue. Honestly, the mark of a good player is being able to play adc and support well. One is the hardest mechanical role (adc) and the other is the most strategic role. Also, I've found that players who have mained support, or adc at some stage tend to be the best team fighters in the game as well. They seem to have a natural knack for knowing when it's a "bad idea".

I've been supporting since silver 3, I just hit my promos for gold 4, and have been on a win streak since silver 1, it's fun, but mute your adc. Gotta put them in their place

Video games taught me that every life is valuable, even if it seems like it's nothing.

By the way, games with a life countdown that goes to zero confuse me sometimes.

I started as ADC, had some fun, but I rarely had a support much less even a lane partner

Moved to Support, I felt like I was very helpful, always got yelled at and accused of feeding when my ****** ADC leaves for mid and I get 3 person ganked. Also no one wards. ADC's were either too aggressive and dies or too timid and falls behind, either way it's Sona's fault right?

I'm starting jungle now, and honestly I haven't lost a game yet as jungle Vi, but I've only played about 4 games so far
