Indeed, but LOLpbe requires more time and have many glitches ;
-Champion inventory glitch ; Champions doens't appear.
-Shopping may be inacurate 9 i already brought soraka and got tryndamere
-Sometimes the upates are too big, or just corrupted on certain computers, so they take forever to load

That isn't really the computers fault, mainly the manufacturers for not thoroughly checking over their stuff.

Maybe, still, we can't find why since we aren't in the Riot updating system.
