I don't play elo, I just play PvP for now. But she hasn't gotten buffed, per say, they simply moved her damage around from her Q doing little and her W doing to to both doing a decent amount so you can sustain and poke. However, they lowered her global cooldowns. The only "buff" was they increased the AP ration on Command: Attack from 0.4 to 0.5. I do so love Orianna, but so many people dismiss her, like she's not as good as other AP mids. But I disagree, she's just hard to get a hold of. She's one of the only two (the other being Cassiopeia) to have a difficulty rating of 100.

Orianna is far harder to play than cassiopeia... I played well with cassio after 3 matches.

The ratio buff was huge, global cd buff is huge. She was always played but now she will be a FOTM. After Nyjacky, Salce, Jiji, and even Froggen play her on daily basis people will just copy.

I'm not saying what was done was insignificant, I'm just saying it's not a buff in the sense of now she'll be bursting out the ass with huge damage and can solo an entire team. Most people who throw around the word buff, especially in this community, don't know what they're talking about. It's the same people that complain about champions being "over powered" just because the person knows how to play them. I'm just used to defending certain points of the game to people that don't know what they're talking about.

Sad to say, but on east ori is near extinct at the moment. She might turn flavour soon, but as it is people just don't see her as viable.

Id rather have that than flash or better known as get out of fail free card or we give all champions who have no escape abilities an escape ability as a summoner spell and then make the champion fucking overpowered and claim that it is because they lack an escape like tryhardarius

Heal is countered with ignite, miss fortune, tristana and Executioners calling an item that you've never heard of

Heal just does too much. If you're 1v1ing someone and neither of you have an ability to reduce healing, the one with Heal will always win. Regardless. Always. Assuming you're matched as far as skill goes.

That's not the point. The point is that if they want the game to be balanced, they have to nerf Heal or remove it. It beats Exhaust, Cleanse, and Sruge.

yes i did, and you are an idiot, if you are going to 1v1 someone, you should be aware of the fact that they have heal already, at which point you ignite them, or hit them with executioners calling, or morello's if you're a mage, like michaelrosen says, if you dont want to counter heal, dont complain, its much easier to counter heal than exhaust or surge, and even cleanse if you are playing as a cc based champ, cleanse, heal is easily countered and you are dumb

certainly has a lot to do with it, its doesnt directly mean you suck total ass if its low, but you sure as hell arent good if its not at least 1600, 1 person can make or break a game, and if you're good and in low elo, you can carry 1-2 noobs

Try 4? I play AD carry and mid mostly now, I haven't played solo/duo queue in a while because I pretty much gave up on it. I won my first couple of games and had an elo of 1337 when I had around 300 wins in normal queue, but now that I'm more experienced, I'll probably go back and try to raise my elo out of low-elo hell. I'm sitting on 860~ wins now. There's only 2 ways to tell if I suck or not and that would be to either watch me play or play with me.

i duo with my friend twice per night and thats all i play considering i work 48 hours per week, so not likely that ill ever bother to play with you

5 queues in solo because most of my friends are busy, 5 times. THey surrender at 20 because they do horrible, feeding then rages because I don't support enough in team fight but I tried my best to carry the faggots with AP Yi. They all got 10 deaths +.
