champions can also be purchased with ip but not every champion is easy toplay and in no case increases your skill or power. my first champion was ashe and i still play her and win most games

But learning to play champs with higher skill caps can increase your knowledge in game, also possibly with some champions that are easier to play.

Also you can save your IP for things like runes, which cannot be bought with RP.

That's really no argument for it being pay to win. Its just a quicker way to get your runepages. Other people will get there too, just not as fast. You don't get a direct advantage in game because you used money.

I wasn't making a pay to win argument, I think the concept is dumb. I was just saying there are advantages to using money. I really wasn't looking to argue with anyone to be honest. Also, I did ask a question. I'm not sure why people are so irritated by my statement.
