Well which champions do you like most? (role wise)? But my suggestion is TO NOT BUY CHAMPS WITH RP!!! You can get them with IP anyway...But Draven is very fun to play in my opinion.

If you want a good ADC, draven is the way to go. Strong poke, great sustain and tons of damage in a trade.

In my opinion he is very good in the laning phase, but the axes are quite hard to catch when in a big teamfight... But thats just my opinion, maybe a more experienced AD carry can tell you more... my main role is also jungling, primarily those who have high mobility in terms of movement speed (hecarim,skarner.udyr etc.)
