Thresh is the most recent hero in the game. He has a skill that throws a lantern down, and if a teammate clicks it, they quickly rush to Thresh. It's mostly used to have your AD Carry catch up on a trapped enemy, or to quickly save them if they're caught out in the open. Miss Fortune obviously didn't know this, and died because when Thresh threw the lantern down, she didn't click it and presumably died. The joke is when MF wanted Thresh reported for not supporting her, and he responded with something smart, she quickly learned of her mistake.
