You won't get punished for unskilled player.

well you cant be too sure about that. i mean it is a reason...
But you could be right and that reason could be just like a rage letter you never send.

Unskilled player is a report, but it doesn't make it to the Tribunal. When someone gets reported for being an unskilled player very often, then automated systems in League of Legends take it in consideration for matchmaking purposes.

"Unskilled Reports aren't used in the Tribunal, but are aggregated for matchmaking analyses and adjustments.

We never want to ban a player for Unskilled Play because that makes no sense--everyone has bad games once in awhile, and League of Legends is for every player regardless of them being 500 Elo or 2000 Elo. If a player gets a lot of Unskilled Player reports (above the norm), then we need to figure out what went wrong in the matchmaking that the player got put into the wrong bracket and improve that."

they roll for loot if they both select the same option. You may select "Need", "Greed", and Disenchant, Need having the highest priority. in this case,they both rolled "Need". They rolled 99 and 98 for said rare loot.

Plus, you can go on WoW private servers if you so truly desire.
Most can make you the max level instantly, again, if you desire.

I think private servers take the fun out of the real games :/

Agree, I have given LoL more tries than it deserve, mainly because most of my friends play it all the time. I just get bored with it.... I dunno... it feels just bland to me.
