Well obviously lee sin did, he is blind, when you lose one of your senses one of your other senses will greatly improve, or maybe all of the others will. Lee Sin must have trained himself to do so, otherwise his Q and his E wouldn't work. Its echolocation. Considering he can still hit stealthed units with his q and e.
