I just got Dota 2 (gifted from a friend) and i don't know where to start or how to play, i also see a tutorial button but it won't work for me, so can anyone tell me what it's about?

Here's how this shit goes down. You pick a badass character at the beginning, one that will wreck shit. Then you get items for this guy. Ohhhh, he's gonna dominate with that. Then you kill bitches and kill the base.

go to youtube a seach for dota cinema and google for dotafire so some guides.

the tutorial is still being worked on, there is also this guy called cyborgmatt that usually sees what they added to dota with the patch and the tutorial has been getting constant updates so it should be out... soonish.

It doesn't matter where you are from since you can play with everybody. 1 of you will have a little lag since one will be playing on the eu/NA server but you can still play together
