Volibear and Zilean has a deep, deep hatred for each other. They both have hidden passives that show up if they're on different teams. This is because that Volibar (a rioter) and Zileas (a rioter) had a fight, and Volibar thought it would be awesome with an armored bear in the league, but Zileas said it would be stupid.
Kha'Zix and Rengar have hidden passives as well. When they're both lvl 16, they both get a buff called "The Hunt Is On" and whomever kills the other in a duel retrieves a special item or skill. Kha'Zix may evolve yet another ability, while Rengar get's his BoneTooth Necklace to full stacks, and they stay there.
Kayle and Morgana are sisters, they resemble an angel (Kayle) and a demon (Morgana)
Darius and Draven are brothers.
Katarina and Garen are a couple (resembling Romeo and Juliet in a weird way. Loving each other even if they are from different factions)
Diana and Leona are enemies, because Leona is a daughter of the sun, and Diana is a daugher of the moon.
Sion get's extra gold if he kills Zyra and vica versa. This is from Zombies vs Plants
Lux and Garen are siblings.
Garen was the one to make Urgot the way he is, he sliced him in half
Zed killed Shen's sensei and was sent into eternal shadows for it.
Wukong was Master Yi's apprentice, but exceeded him.
Vi and Caitlyn share lore. (actually this happens a lot)
I belive it was Malzahar who went into the void looking for someone but got lost and was taken over by the void and became the Prophet of the Void. (or something of that sort)
