You use to be able to mod the masteries so that you could have 105% cool-down reduction on all summon skills.

Which basically allowed him to flash infinitely and smite infinitely~

Don't even talk, if you don't know what the fuck you're talking about.
Noone knew, and noone expected, but the shitty simple Cheat Engine worked on league back then.. So Dr Terrible made it possible to put 21 points into any mastery, and he took summoner cooldown masteries.
