fiddlesticks is a scarecrow that is inhabited by something... the league has him trapped in a prison because of his dark powers. his abilities drain life, fear people, and throws a crow at people that bounces to up to 5 targets silencing them for i believe 1 second each. if fiddles were to escape from his prison its assumed hed kill EVERYONE, just like nocturne
