the green represents the targets options and the red shows the hunters options. the purple represents a zone where you can not be seen by anyone outside the zone.
any one with common sense would have teleported over the wall, but the target knew the hunter would just chase them over the wall with HIS teleport, so they did something unexpected and teleported into the bush. The hunter didnt fall for it. the hunter could have just walked into the bush and landed one hit to kill them. Instead, the hunter teleported into the bush and flashed a mastery emote, taunting in a way saying he knows every trick in the book.

Diana (female) tried to trick zed (male) by pretending to flash over a wall thinking he would follow. But zed either knew what she did or had vision of the bush and to mock her flash in. The little symbol you see over his head is him showing his rank to mock her.

the low health character used a spell that let you jump short distances, and instead of tresspassing the wall, she flashed to the bushes, were she cannot be seen.
The other player owned her and flashed unecessarily to the bush just to mock her (as she is basically dead)

1st person used a teleport so it seemed se jumped over wall, go into bush instead where player cant be seen.
the teleport has a long time to recharge so using it for no reason is dumb.
second player doesnt fall for trick and uses his teleport on the same location as 1st player just to mock him

It's a Flash in League erego it's a Flash.
It's a Blink in DotA so it's a Blink in DotA.

Yeah but he used the world teleport because people who don't play league won't know what flash does. So he called it teleport, because flash is just an immediate short range teleport.
There are plenty of games where "flash" or "blink" is synonymous with "short-range teleport"
Starcraft or Dishonored, for example.

If they're not a gamer, or at least not a very "diverse" one, then I am in the wrong here.
But I still stand by the fact that there are MANY games besides LoL that use the terms "blink" and "flash" in that context.

I don't play that game, and to me flash reminds me of lowering someone's accuracy, so you can dodge their hyperbeam or something.
Except there is a summoner spell called teleport as well. You could say "they used an ability called flash..." And then continue with your explanation.
Diana (Low health) - tries to duke/ruse/slip Zed (Full Health) by appearing to flash over the wall, but actually into the bush, Zed realizes this, feigns flashing over the wall to get into the same bush and then taunts her by displaying he has achieved max rank with Zed.
