Basically, you can be winning for 99% of the game, but if the game goes long enough and something goes drastically wrong (which isn't uncommon), you will lose.
He kinda means "I'm winning" can become "I lost" in a very short period of time.
I don't know if he said it before then, but I seem to remember the quote coming from the tail end of the Coast/Cloud 9 game in the LCS last split. What happened was Coast was winning the entire game, with quite a decent size lead. However, since League isn't a team deathmatch, they ended up in a base-race as it's called, and one of C9's players backdoored, which is a tactic people sometimes do to win a game of League where they are behind in total kills, map objectives and overall gold, as those do not dictate the winner. Sorry some of these details are obvious for league players but not everyone plays league.
Basically, Coast was ahead all game...until the very end when they narrowly lost the game. So up until they lost, they were winning.
Yeah pretty much that. The philosophy behind it is "Don't get cocky!". There's loads of players out there who throw games because they have "I'm winning." mentality. This guy is trying to say you need to have the "I'm losing, better put my **** together!" mentality.
You could be beating someone 100 to 0, but up until the enemy gets that last cheap shot, the backdoor, ace at baron, and somehow wins the game inexplicably, you are winning.
I've been following the LoL pro scene since early 2013 when I started playing. Just one thing I want to know.
I love Dyrus he's an inspiration and an awesome/unique pesonality on the scene and he motivates me to continue maining top lane etc. but what I don't understand is how he got so popular. He has to be the most popular pro player yet he seems a bit more boring and he was never 'Faker level - hype' so how did it happen?
Taking a wild guess I'm assuming because he was one of the first pros to actually talk to his fans and make vlogs / stream ?
He's one of the old guards; A pro player who has been playing since season 1. It also helps that he's currently the oldest player in TSM right now, which is the most popular team in NA.

Am i going to regret this decision? or am I giving my immune system a work out? How can i make my stomach stronger if i don't eat crazy **** sometimes?
I did the same thing with some chicken nuggets over the course of last night and today. Still, you're probably worse off than me, since you're eating spicy food.

George Carlin, when he was younger swam in a sewage filled lake. to cool off . cause that he had a really strong immune system. its good to introduce some bacteria, you'd probably get stronger antibodies doin that.
