Also unless you are actually trying to juke this is stupid thing to do as it doesn't apply any additional dmg from 2nd activation of Q. And so many people do this. Repeatedly.
Best part is they're wasting 80 Energy on doing so. Resonating Strike = 30 Energy, Safeguard = 50 Energy, and if they're even worse they will probably use Iron Will (30 Energy) as well, meaning you use up 130 (180 if you cast Iron Will) of your energy (if you count the Sonic wave which is 50 Energy) doing a useless juke just to look cute.
I've seen Lee Sins throw games because they got engaged on and he was absolutely useless.

Q same thing but higher AP Ratio.
W Gold Card was AOE and higher ratio.
E was his teleport (40 sec CD max rank) and was global
R Revealed everybody + 80% global slow
I could give you a full list of why TF was broken in beta
Q = 50 higher base and 1.0 AP ratio compared to the 0.65 it has now
W = All cards had 0.8 AP ratio (0.5 right now)
5 second cooldown (3 second at one point)
Blue card refreshed the cooldown (and reprocc'd lich bane)
Gold card was AOE
Red card was useless (worse version of gold card).
E = Global teleport (basically TF's second ult part)
CD = 90/75/60/45/30
This could teleport anywhere, from your own nexus to the opponent nexus was possible.
The cast time was 3 seconds (same as Teleport summoner)
R = Global 45% slow + reveal
Made your E cast at 1.5 seconds instead of 3 seconds.
There is a reason people joked that when the game was called League Of Legends: Clash Of Fates that it ment that the team with the better Twisted Fate won the game (No draft back in beta/super early season 1).
