If you're going to play a game like Bejeweled, you might as well just go mobile and enjoy the freedom & touchscreen. I think sitting at a desktop and playing it would be worse. Also once you get the basics of a MOBA down, they're quite fun.

2. Ban OP champs in draft picks if you can't counter.
3. 128 released champs in League, almost all of which are viable picks.

You're obviously full of **** unless that happened in season 1. Trolling in of itself has never been even a reportable offense as long as I've been playing (since season 2).

It's possible to get banned nowadays if enough people report you for something, but when you appeal, if you actually get somebody to check up on it they would have unbanned you instantly unless you were somehow aggravating the situation.

Unless you know him personally there's no way you could ever know whether or not he was banned for being toxic or not. My friend for example, and I assume most people, only post videos where they're showing calm behavior, and if they start raging they won't post the video. And then when you get banned for it you could cause an uproar "look at what happened I got banned for no reason! My videos that I selectively posted are proof that I'm never toxic or break any rules!"
