he's probably a lol fan disguising themselves as dota fans to defame the dota community for teh lulz. i prefer dota, so i could say "dota is for pansies, lol is where it's at" this makes me seem like an asshole lol fan and mission accomplished for dota fans. i dont really give a fuck what your opinions are, im not here to tell you they're wrong.
Lee sin should whoop draven, You are a bad lee sin.
Also out of the last 10 champions released I bet less than 3 got nerfed soon after. That hasn't been a problem for months. Probably not since Vayne came out and I think that was a little more than a year ago.
Dota 2 is not free. It doesn't matter how many free codes are floating around, if you don't have the code you either wait for an invitation or you pay for it. If it has a price tag it is not free.

Why give anyone access to a game 1-2 years prior release that millions have waited for for a small price, after that release it for free. LoL is nothing more then a Dota clone. Analytics said if HoN, not LoL, had started Free2Play, it would be leading the current MOBA industry.
No, HoN's community is far too hostile and the learning curve for the game is much sharper. The reason LoL is so successful is because it has intricacies that further your game play but for the most part it is very straight forward and easy to pick up. The simplicity helped them build a fan base rapidly and become the #1 esport of dozens of countries in less than 2 years.
P.S. LoL allowed people to play their beta for free. They even offered special skins and such to those who did. So while Dota makes you pay for an access code, LoL is giving free stuff on top of your free access.

"At least" Implying the opposition isn't true, LoL is less free than DotA 2 is, because you don't need to pay for anything to play Dota. There are plenty of access codes circulating and Valve releases updates weekly as well as heroes on account of the game isn't finished yet and they still release Holiday events, plus Dota is better than League will ever be, there are plenty of reasons for that. (Difficulty, gold, jungling, ect)
Dota 2, Is a WarZ version 2, there are so many things they can do to improve the game. But they seem happy to just leave it to die, in a pit of clunky and disgusting mistakes. Not to mention, currently they don't even have a tutorial and the learning curve is horrendous on that game, meaning it just discourages gamers who could end up good just rage quiting and destroying that current game. My opinion, before being a fanboy see the mistakes. Also LoL has mistakes but .. a lot less then Dota 2 in my opinion.
I only played DotA before, and when I tried LoL i didn't even need a goddamn tutorial they're pretty similar. There's no such thing as horrendous learning curve in Dota, just asshole players who won't give newbies a chance. You're supposed to start DotA with a friend who knows how to play.
Seriously, if you didn't play Warcraft 3 before playing DotA there's something wrong with you.
Admit it, LoL is just a clone, but like all clones, the dev had to change paths after getting the game up.

Dota is not free, whether you can find a code or not is irrelevant because the base game is not free. Also you do not have to pay for a single thing in League.
You obviously have not played the game because you think there is some sort of monetary obligation. You only use real money to unlock things you can unlock by playing or for getting cosmetic skins that do not affect game play.
You are an idiot and you knew that in advance so you posted as an anon.

He said Dota 2, which is acctually a 100% free game if you get an early access code, and upon release will be 100% f2p.
I play a little of both games so i'll be honest, Dota 2 has the better micro transaction scheme. One of the reasons I was never keen on LoL was when I first started playing (my first moba at the time) people had champions that I couldn't play. When you get stomped by one of these champions, you assume its just the champion thats OP (read: "my first moba") and it really seems to push this whole pay to win feeling onto you, even though there isn't. When I started playing Dota 2, I would get stomped, so next game I played the hero only to find the hero sucked and was infact me.

Obviously referring to DOTA 2 since the first requires warcraft 3...
The fact that you think the champion is the reason they win and decide to pay real money is your own fault and not the company's. They provide a good selection of heroes that are easily accessible from low levels and since you play with other players your own level (level 1) you won't see many, if any of the expensive champions early on.
You basically argued that because you are dumb enough to trick yourself into spending money, it is Riot's fault and their game is inferior.
