Evil deeds aside, I was thinking so too.
That's one thing I wish they could have added to the game. Deviant responses that cause an extreme ending.

Examples:
If when Hanako breaks down in the park and confesses her thoughts and feelings towards you, you tell her that you just see her as a friend and that the sex was a mistake.
When Lilly skips going to Scotland after your hospitalized again, you tell her the heart condition is too much burden for him to place on her, so they can't be together.
When Emi tells you that you're going to see her dad, you freak out and bail on her.
You tell Shizune that you're in love with Misha. A perfect love triangle. Misha wants Shizune. Shizune wants you. You want Misha.
Haven't really come up for one with Rin yet. First time I played through, I came for the faps, but then stayed for the feels, so I missed most of her arc. Playing it again right now though.
