a visual novel about a boy who suffers from a heart condition and then has to go to a specialized school for people with disabilities or who require medical attention, he then meets several girls (each of them having a different disability) and then it's basically you, the reader, who takes the role of the main character and decides how the story goes by making choices throughout the game
it's more of a reading thing than actually playing anything but its really good imo
the stories are very feely and the VN itself is free :3

Really? I used to use it a long time ago but a lot of people told me that it was shit and it definitely didn't stop all the viruses. Sometimes you can have a virus and it won't detect it but it's still active and doing bad stuff. I'm just saying, maybe it's better now, idk but if you have a geek friends ask him.

bro relax, you can ask thousands of people on this site who have played Katawa shoujo, no one has gotten a virus from it. Just play it and enjoy the emotions.

It's not malware, it's not a virus, it's completely clean.

It's a very famous visual novel, and probably the greatest one I've ever seen or played. Completely clean if you download from the home website too; not a single issue since i downloaded it.
