With the two characters Rika, the one with white hair, skin and red eyes, apart from possible albinism, suffers from hypoplastic left heart syndrome, a catastrophic disease resulting from a underdeveloped left ventricle in the heart, usually fatal if not caught during infancy. So she suffers from a weakened heart and body similar to Hisao. The oldest people who have the disease are roughly 30 now, meaning she could possibly only have 15-20 years left to live.
Saki suffers from spinocerebellar ataxia, a progressive genetic degerative disease with multiple types, resulting in degeneration of the nervous system causing loss of motor functions. With no cure or treatment, it's probably the worst disease 4LS could have picked in terms of heart wrenching, fall in love with a girl, knowing how short your time with her possibly is.

Though both characters are unfortunently a prank for 4LS from 2011 or 2012 for April Fools Day.

I don't know about you, but I've never seen someone pour syrup into a teacup, from the spout of a teapot.

I used to be a coffee guy, before KS. Now, since Lilly's path, those lovely tea parties me, her, and Hanako had, I am by far a tea guy.

Are those characters part of the prank or do you actually meet them in the game? (I've only done Emi's route so far)
