What's so different about her?

Shizune is a deaf-mute, who ties you to a chair, and fucks you. Misha is her translator for most of the game, until the character learns Sign language.

then you can choose to fuck her too! Thus retiring her as a translator

you may get some feels from misha though. even though she doesnt get her own playthrough shes better than shizune in all regards

If you keep failing miserably get a walkthrough. I had to because I kept getting bad endings...
