Do you use an ebony pencil for the dark parts of her hair? Also, what do you use for the light shading? I can never get my shading that light, no matter how hard I try.

I use a 6B-pencil and smear it to get a more solid colour with pencil made entirely from felt or cotton (I don't know the english word for it)

The lighter shading is made gently with an H-pencil and again smeared.
