Me and Emi are starting our running regiment this Spring when the nice weather comes back around. I'm going to get a 10 minute audio clip of Emi's running blades and loop it on my iPod so we can run together.

I completed this challenge last summer.

Now can do 3 miles in 20 minutes.

I don't run like to run because I'm terrible at it and also I don't want to lose muscle mass from running. But whenever I go to the gym, run, or play sports, I always think of Emi and her drive and passion. Everyone loves Lily but my favorite is Emi.

Already on Week 3.
I couldn't manage to find a running buddy, but there's still something to be said for the solitude of running alone.
I also find that running in the mornings before class starts is very helpful. It starts the day off the right way, and makes you feel great for the rest of the day.

I kinda skipped everything up to week 9... I just started running for 30 minutes everyday. Lost 50 pounds and am pretty much secured as my school's track team MVP.

omg i thot it ment i had to run 2 1/2 miles the first day not 2 1/2 minutes
thats weak sause ima scip to weak 9 .... except ima add 20 minutes

like run 30 minutes a day is like 2 1/2 miles thats really nothing

Week 1 day 1: run for 1 minute then walk for 1.5 minutes (repeat 8 times).
And if you're a beginner at running you won't simply be able to run for 50 minutes, if you're really unfit I doubt you'll make 3.

just finishing a ten mile run, then looking at those numbers made me miss the old days of running. God I wish I could do short stuff like that and maintain my speed..........
