There are only 1 or 2 sex scenes per storyline. It's not about the sex scenes bro.
It's about the story. Especially if you play the Hanako or the Lilly storyline.

I don't know, I haven't played Lilly yet. My first storyline was Hanako. After that, I just couldn't play Lilly without feeling bad for Hanako the whole time. I started it, but i gave in after 10 minutes or so and closed the game.

i'd recomend to take lilly for the last, I heard there's some stuff that you wont like to know while playing the other routes.

I have done Emi, Hanako, and just finished Lilly 10 minutes ago, if you are choosing between those two, Lilly's was absolutely so good. Its a good choice.
