I like the game because it's realistic. You experience a mass amount of feels as you follow Hisao and the heroine you chose. You learn about their different pasts, and you get so attached to the character. Then when your love is realized on both ends, then they have sex. Sure, it's nice fap material, but like I said. It just feels.. Realistic.

After playing this game, I wouldn't mind falling in love with someone with disabilities.

So I'm guessing you barely touched the game. As you progress through the game, you are given choices of what to say at certain times. Depending on what you say pretty much decides your path with the girls, alone, etc. I suggest doing the path that leads you to become most friendly with Emi because the story going through with Emi is pretty beautiful in my opinion.

from what i remember, dont introduce yourself, she wasnt cute, then run with her and when she starts to pull away when running, push yourself to run faster... i think from then on youll get the point of how to stick with her =]
