It'd be rinsed if you're putting it up to dry.

not necessarily - save water and don't rinse off suds. You don't need to if you scoop the bubbles off the top of the water before you start washing

I don't think it advertises itself as an eco - friendly product I thought it was more of just a nice looking and clever product, I could be wrong though
