Final Giveaway

I'm honestly surprised that more people haven't speculated on what the giveaways were leading up to. Or they haven't said it at least.
Anyway, up for grabs is a copy of....

That's right. Fallout 4.
So, I have actually never played a single Fallout game. However, I know a lot of people were waiting for it to come out, and that's enough for me.
Greenmangaming has officially provided the key, so the winner will get it as soon as the giveaway is over.
Now, I've gotten a complaint about giving things out to thumbers, because it does stop people who are thumb banned from getting it. However, you can only thumb once per IP so it makes it harder for people to cheat on it.
What I have decided to do instead, is I am going to give it to a random commenter. However, there will be a few rules. Accounts cannot be new. If the account is less than 6 months old, I will roll for a new comment number. You also need to have at least a level 20 in comments or content, to stop people from using alts hopefully.
I'm sorry to do that, but I can't have people creating a bunch of alts to enter, and I can't have people using the accounts they haven't touched since making them. It wouldn't be fair to everyone else.
I am also making it so that the comment you leave MUST have a rolled picture (*roll picture*), as that limits your rolls to 5, so people can't comment more than that and have it count as an entry. That means that EVERYONE gets 5 entries.
That being said, while thumbs aren't required to win, it would be appreciated. I'd like as many people to see this as possible since it's my biggest giveaway as far as a single game goes.
Yes I know, Thumbwhore, all that stuff.
I'm okay with that. Just let it be. However, I have decided that I will stop posting after this, to try to make it up to the people who are for some reason offended that I am getting green pixels in exchange for games. So, as of the end of this giveaway, i will not make a single content post for a minimum of one month.

I've noticed a few people thinking that they aren't high enough level on fj. You need to be level 20 comments OR content. You do not need both.
