the "Marauder's Map" stated above shows the position and corresponding names of everyone on the grounds of Hogwarts Castle.

Ron Weasly, brother to the Weasley Twins, had a rat he named Scabbers. the rat was an animagus (a type of wizard which can turn totally into an animal) named Peter, or Wormtooth. and the twins (should/might have) noticed his name on the map, next to Ron every night.

no problem, full and thorough answers are a passion of mine. It's my dream to one day have everything perfectly formatted: well-organized, easily read, comprehensive, and informational...except things intended for humor. And arousal. But the perfect formatting arouses me, so i guess that's a bit of a digression.

anyway, glad i could help.

"i" capitalization is absolutely arbitrary and totally meaningless. Capitalization in general isn't very important, except to notify which part begins a sentence. I don't see a use in it, honestly.

Spoiler: It's a part of how you use the English language. Just like how the a in "and" and the b in "but" should NEVER be capitalized, or be the start of a sentence for that matter.

The capitilization of and and but are used in the beginning of a sentence regularly by professional authors and writes. It is a perfectly acceptable art of writing as long as the idea is different than the previous idea.

The problem is... Simply put, it's wrong. Maybe it's a new thing out recently, but everything I've researched about it before and every teacher of every level for nglish has said it NEVER happens. (which is what caused the research)

I don't get the ridiculously small amount of interesting magical objects in the universe of Harry Potter anyway. Centuries of wizardry and many great magicians yet defensive magical clothing (George and Fred's inventions) are practically unheard of

First, who the hell uses a magical map to spy on their brother in bed(The map is quite large)?
Second, harry got the map from them because they didn't use it anymore. They had memorized all the pathways anyway, so why use it?
third: Peter is a normal name and no one would look at it twice.
Not sure when they got the map. But they could have had it 4 years before giving it away.

So the one about Peter being a normal name is ******** by the way, the map shows a person's full name. Y'know, meaning both first and last? Ron wouldn't be sleeping with a man named Peter, he'd be sleeping with a man named Peter Pettigrew. Significant difference there, considering the first is just a guy and the second was a supposed war hero who was killed by Sirius Black.

Ronnie isn't just gay, he's a gay necrophiliac.
