I had a Spanish course at school, but I finished it with a 4/10.... Which is not as well as I hoped it to be, yet outside of class, I am able to use the language a bit.
That was my schooling. In canada we have to learn both French and English because it's mandidtory. just like in the stares where you have to learn English and Spanish
At least, I'm sure you know some French. After 4 years, I can't barely say anything in French. I can understand the basics pretty well though but I'm unable to speak/write it.
