It is glorious, and I don't mean to burst your bubble, but it's fake. But DAMN I wish it wasn't.

If they remake MM it will probably be on 3ds. Would love it, but i don't see it happening.

There were a ton of other games announced Like a new 3d mario game, new Mario kart, new Yoshi game, Shin-Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem, Monolith soft, and The new Zelda Wii U(Not the remake of wind waker above), along with lots of 3rd party games already announced. I would recommend waiting a while since the game library at the moment isn't great. I got one as a gift for Christmas as an investment for the FUTURE!

Still, Zombie U and New Super Mario Bros U keep me entertained

The thing is, everyone was ready to be bombarded with AA/AAA games at the launch of the Wii U and instead we got Zombii U, which looks half finished, but has some good mechanics and ideas.
This year looks quite promising, albeit from a few games I can't get on it (Crysis 3, Dark Souls 2) and I can't wait.

The reason why I included Twilight Princes in my statement was because it added a new feature to the dynamics of what can only be stated as the same storylines getting repeated over, and over again...

Kind of true in some of the pictures but the higher definition is especially noticeable for me in the Link and Tetra picture. Better dynamic shading, there appears to be more polygons but I can't really tell, and the textures definitely look sharper.

Do you not even know what HD means? It means higher resolution. Bloom and light filters have nothing to do with HD in the first place.

that is what i meant, if you look at the pic the one thing that stands out is the bloom and lighting effects, i was in jest saying that the "HD" does not look hd...

Seems you don't know what HD is after all. You wouldn't notice any difference in the pic above because the whole pic is one resolution.

I was thinking the same thing originally; I re-bought a copy around a year ago as well. But, Nintendo is also making "tune-ups" to the gameplay as well and integrating gamepad play in some form, so I'll probably get this. Not to mention that even though the original still holds up fairly well after 10 years, this HD remake looks absolutely stunning, especially in comparison to other developers' "HD Remakes."

Did you watch the Nintendo Direct that announced this as well as many other great games? I have to say, even though they didn't really show anything on it, I'm most excited for the Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem game.

Well I'm still playing through the game as of today, so unless you can move your save data over, I don't think I'm gonna be considering buying. And I don't pay attention to most modern video games, so eh, lol.

I really haven't been caring for most modern games either, to be honest. But, considering I was given the Wii U as a gift and I have nothing to play with it, hearing about so many upcoming, fun-sounding Wii U titles is exciting. These days, I've just been playing games from previous generations (I just bought the PS2 Digital Devil Saga duology today, actually) but there are a few games, such as the PS3's Ni No Kuni, which still grab my interest.
