I still own most of their products. I only had to call this number once, for my NES. That was in 2006. It was faulty, some problems with reading the cartridges. I sent it in, and they sent back a refurbished one. I was so happy. Of course, it was only my second broken console. My 360 RROD'd after a year I got it. And my Atari 7800 and Sega Genesis still works after more than 10 years.

That number is actually still in effect.
I called it the other day for help with my N64! :D
The controller was broken, and they shipped me a new one. :)
