GTA liberty city, the right most lower island (forget name) the highway on the south eastern edge that goes toward the airport, on the inboard side on the ighway viewed from the minimap, there is a road that makes a 90 degree turn just to the inside of the highway about half ways from the airport, its a swingset in a park, drive into the swing set, results as mikaelkid posted.

If you hit it with a vehicle, it sounds like something snaps. A few seconds later, you'll be flying through the air faster than the cell phone signal coming from Roman asking to go bowling
