Westwood's Command and Conquer series
- westwood had set the bar for RTS gamiing ( I mean they invented squishing infantry in a video game awwwww yeaaaa)
EA bought them, first thing they did, was release a game that had the C&C name but had no links to the two plot lines of the originals (granted it was good)
they then continued the original C&C tibirum series, I found that was well done, with some errors in exspansion pack being the real issue
they then continued the Red Alert series, and just took all logic and through it out the window, (good lord they made it the franchises joke game)
finally they decided to conclude the tibirum series, the final game did have some good concepts and rather fun multiplayer but it felt like they didn't want to do a good job they just wanted the series done and over with to shut fans up, it could have been amazing, but so many details were off (exp you could see for multiplayer a drop bar existed for game modes, but only 1 game mode was ever released, no expansion or add on was ever done)
