My favorite character aside from Tyrion, is Baelish.

I've only watched the show, but I think Baelish is just badass. He just does whatever he wants, and ***** over everyone else.

**anonymous rolled image** Because that's how hollywood works. There's a million other wannabe actresses lining up for the part. You wanna stand out, you gotta be willing to suck some dicks, on screen or off. Sometimes both. But once you're established and can sell stuff based on your name alone, you have the power in that relationship.

She probably never liked whoring herself out on camera and only did it to get her start, but now she's well known as a popular character from a popular show, so she gets to set the terms. It probably won't last, given her age, relative lack of talent and thus far laughable attempts at branching out beyond Game of Thrones, but she can use it while she has it.

I agree with Emilia clarke's instagram post about keeping nudity tasteful and not overdue it, but there are points in season five where we see you getting out of bed and covering up them nipples with your bedsheet isn't gonna change the fact that we've been seeing your titties for five years so relax. Besides it seems like every actor practically has to be comfortable with getting nude. (i.e. Loras Tyrell & his buttbuddy)

I'm actually very interested in what other people's favorite casting choices are. Personally, I'd say Tywin was one of the most irreplaceable, but Tyrion, Littlefinger, and Catelyn (for some reason, I think her performance as Catelyn was spectacular). All of the actors except maybe Shae were great in the roles, and these aren't necessarily my favorite portrayals of GoT characters, just the ones I think were irreplaceable.
