Game of Doge

I havent watched the show in a long while, but was there any mention of the Starks being wargs?

In reference to the description all the Starks are wargs with varying degrees of skill and natural ability. Now this might be considered lightly spoilery so if you're sensitive to that kind of thing stop reading. Bran is the only one that can control it and he's actually a greenseer but that's a whole other thing, the three eyed crow tells Bran that something like one in every thousand people is a warg and one in ever thousand wargs is a greenseer so he's particularly gifted, the rest are for the most part not aware of their ability and it's only manifested itself in dreams. At the end of the most recent book Arya is temporarily blinded and sees something through the eyes of a cat when she's awake and is aware of it and knows it was real. Jon is told he's a warg by wildlings that have observed him interact with Ghost and seen how close they are (they clued in after Jon's fight with Qorin half-hand, in the books Ghost helps Jon kill him and takes a big chunk out of Qorin's leg) but he has yet to control anything while being awake or even make the attempt. As for the rest (Rickon, Sansa, and Robb) they seem to just be very close to their wolves, close in a way only a warg can be close to an animal, meaning they react to their commands in a way no animal should be able to seeming to know exactly what they're telling them sometimes without even needing to give a command and being prepared to kill at the slightest hint of trouble. But since neither Robb nor Rickon are ever POV character we don't know how deep their abilities go. I don't think there's anything about Ned or his siblings being wargs or if they are they're never made aware of their abilities and never hone them, however many people called both Brandon (Ned's brother) and Lyanna (his sister) "wolf blooded" referring only to their wild nature, but perhaps that wild nature could be connected to being a warg. I trust that answers all your questions.
