I've had it, taste the best out of all of the energy drinks but it still sucks and is bad for you
User avatar #348 to #340 - usmcoorah (04/11/2012) [-]
Yeah the thing thats like bad for you is the sugar in it. If you dont normally ingest too much caffeine, itll pass through your kidneys and youll pee it out.

I love Five Hour Energy. Tastes like anal seepage, but it gets me going like a boss.

On a side note: You know that drinking game they played in old western movies, where these two rugged dudes would slam a shot of something burny and try not to make a face? I can totally do that with FHE.

yeah five hour energy is more legit and works better. The carbonated energy drinks suck, are so bad for you

Mona Vie energy drink isn't. It's good for your health, tastes good, and doesn't give you that crash. Only problem is, it isn't sold in stores.

Five Hour Energy made me almost have a heart attack. Learned later that I had a hole in one of my valves or some shit.

Just... be careful, yeah?

MFW.

Yep, I think that is called heart murmur. My mother, grandfather, and two of my friends have it. Never drink any kind of energy drink ever. Caffine is fine but not energy drinks.

Yeah, pretty much what happened. I was diagnosed to likely grow out of it by 25 or so. Haven't had a checkup recently, so I'm not sure how far along it is.
User avatar #299 to #291 - usmcoorah (04/11/2012) [-]
The 5 hour energy probably had nothing to do with that. What gets you so alert are the B vitamins in it, which you just pee out later.

Truly doubt it was coincidence, though. Of all the times for it to happen, why then?

C'mon buddy.
#309 to #301 - N. Korean citizen (04/11/2012) [-]
So if any two events happen simultaneously then it can't b coincidence?

How does B vitamins cause a heart attack?
#315 to #309 - N. Korean citizen (04/11/2012) [-]
It is obviously not just b vitamins then. Maybe too much caffeine and other things can increase heart rate.
