The audience laughed and the host pointed out that it's not funny and that if it was he that locked her in the flat instead they woulden't think it was funny. At the end, which i don't think was something they wanted to higlight but i think show how he was as a person, he said that she would hit him and give him black eyes, but that he would hit the walls and such beacuse he thougt that was better then hitting her. I might have missed stuff, but that's what i gott from it.

You can't assume all doors are those flimsy plyboard types, especially in an older house. Some of these doors are solid as all hell, you'd break a leg before you knocked it down.
