The story behind it, the retard was using birdshot. The cops vest took it very easily. Others were injured but it wasnt "too bad" as far as being shot with a shotgun goes.
And it was winter too, which makes spilling something over yourself a billion times more annoying. All these guys pretty much did it to themselves, but you just can't help it but feel bad for the russian guy.

What honestly disturbs me the most is when people are just barely clinging to life, able to move themselves realize that they're about to die.
I mean, when you're shot quickly you have no time to interpret the situation. It's just lights out out of no where.

Are guns supposed to be a precaution, or are they supposed to be used after the event? Does the scope just make it 'less likely that somebody will attack you' or is it supposed to be 'more effective' for when somebody does attack you? Guns are not a level ******* playing field. If somebody wants you dead, you are ************* . There will be no shootout.
I've heard Americans talk about guns like they are a preventative measure but I seriously think the USA has no ******* idea what part guns play in the crime rates and personal safety of its citizens. The cops are ******* trigger happy. They are given funding on quotas which gives them a reason to go out and try to make more arrests. Police departments are completely over-funded with overly-advanced assault weapons and hugely overkill training that prepare them for ******* breaching a terrorist compound. Then, when it comes to a normal procedure like dealing with somebody with a mental disorder (exacerbated by the ******* shambles of a pharmaceutical industry) they shoot him dead, call it self-defense or reasonable force, and then cover it up anyway. America is in a constant state of paranoia and sounds like a genuine ******* nightmare riding on 300 year old laws that are so direly in need of revising. Citizens of America must honestly have no idea what its like to live in the glory of Europe. I'm over-exaggerating of course and condensing the problem, but I can tell you with 100% confidence, you are in more danger when there are more guns in your country. Fact.
The only thing you have to base the united states on is the internet. Don't tell me what its like in the U.S. when I live in ******* TEXAS. The most American state there is, and I couldnt feel safer. You only have guns because its too late to take them back. They are too concentrated. Now America struggles with restrictions but in reality the ideal solution would be to take away all the toys. Mass shooting statistics have been rising steadily over the last decade. I can't imagine a worse problem for a civilised country. Innocent people bleeding out in the ******* street and getting torn apart by gunfire. I have a hard time believing that the same number of murders would be committed, guns or no guns. When you have the option to kill someone at your hip, the regard for human life must ******* plummet and its so easy for somebody to end another persons life. America has a problem, do you disagree?
Oh well... just keep shooting at the bad guys, maybe that will stop them from attacking in the first place... oh wait, that makes absolutely no ******* sense whatsoever.
