My sister and my cousin wore helmets when I did my first drive. They kind of laughed at me the whole time.

I feel like that could turn into something incest related and the helmet/ vest could be taken as "protection"

My mother's fw I had my learners and I needed practice in her new and only car.

Serious bit of advice:
If you have kids, start them driving around age 12. My first time behind the wheel was in an empty parking lot when I was 12. My dad was in the passenger seat and I only went about 20mph. Start your kids learning early. Get them comfortable behind the wheel. The more they practice the better they'll be during their driving test and thy'll have more experience when they finally get their license. More experienced drivers are less likely to crash. Stamp out the bad habits early. Make them come to a complete stop at every stop sign, always use the blinkers, etc. They'll probably grow out of these habits in a few years anyway but at least they'll have a solid foundation of driving experience.

Sorry about the rant. Here is some car porn in return.
