Macs can get viruses easily but you never hear about it for 2 reasons.
1) Apple refuses to acknowledge the possibility of a virus being on their computer so they do nothing to prevent it.
2) No one bothers to make a virus for a computer that only 8% of people own.

The essence of engineering is not to make a product that works, but rather one that sells.

I don't think any of you can deny that apple probably has one of the best marketing departments in the world.

Imagine creating an inferior product, charging more then its competitors, and yet still making billions.

I read on some news site that macbooks could get a virus that would allows someone to overload/overheat your battery to the point where it could explode.

Anyone else hear about this?
