Those are RAM modules. Basically those things are a computer's active memory when it's in use, the more memory you have the more **** you can do at once without slowing down or experiencing crashes.

Makes no sence since RAM forgets the data as soon as the pc is turned off.
should've uploaded a picture of a hard-drive since the data stays stored on there.
