you have an error in the ntdll.dll file of your system 32, it basically means the file is corrupt and if it's not booting then the file needs to be replaced with a known good copy of it. i suggest you try and get your shit off the computer and try to factory reset the operating system. that should clear the error.
If you have an operating system disc for the computer, put it in, restart the computer, hit f2 or f12 until you get a menu to choose where to boot from, and pick cd. It'll be simple from there.
If you don't have an operating system disc, acquire one, then proceed as above.

You could buy a blank disc and burn Windows or Linux onto it then yes just put the disc in your disc tray.
When your computer first turns on press a button to either enter your BIOS settings and change the boot priority, or to enter a boot menu to select the disc tray.
Alternatively you could make a liveUSB to boot from if you already have a flash drive.
