You really shouldn't give him pizza.
You can give him the toppings though

they develop lactose intolerance as they age. just like a lot of humans do. it's because at a certain point we just don't need it to be healthy anymore.

The real question is how can a person who is able to use the internet be this idiotic.

The answer to your question is that mammals stop producing the enzymes needed to process lactose once they reach the age where they don't drink their mother milk anymore, which makes them intolerant to it, to the point where it can be fatal. Some humans began to produce the enzymes even at a mature age, which is why we can drink it.

My mother had a cat that drank milk every single morning for about 13 years. Lactose-Intolerant generalization is NIL.

Lactose intolerance doesn't kill animals , it gives them upset stomachs.
Also for future reference the decisions on whether or not something is harmful to animals is done by veterinarians and Animal Biologists, not you. Seriously, your proof that cats are not naturally lactose intolerant is that your cat didn't die? Im pretty sure you could have woken up every morning and punched you cat in the face and it would have still lived to 13. I guess that means this whole punching cats generalization is NIL.

Cats become lactose intolerant after their kitten stages. They can digest small quantities of milk and cream, but you shouldn't give them cheese or a lot of cream or whatever. You might not realize it and the cat might not either, but it's not good for them.

It's cow's milk. Cats are not intolerant of cat's milk. Humans can't digest cow's milk properly either, but we still consume it because we want to. That doesn't change the fact it basically turns into acid in our bodies, and some people tolerate it better than others

Milk turns to acid in our body? Are you sure about that? Do you know of the pH system? Please, explain further. This sounds interesting.

Well, it's not the milk itself that turns to acid, but it has some sort of protein that causes the stomach to produce more acid, which is how I learned the hard way that you don't drink milk when you have heartburn. It'll make you feel better at first, but then you feel way worse. Supposedly it can unfavorably alter the body's pH this way making accommodating conditions for cancer cells and candida to feed off, but I don't know too much about that. Definitely don't drink milk for acid reflux though, you'll regret it

The only time milk will help is for spices, like curries. Any other time, you want heartburn and indigestion remedy tablets or liquid. Gaviscon works great. It goes into your stomach and neutralises your excess acid into water, basically, or at least that's how they advertise it. There's no real risk of cancer, though. That's just a ridiculously far out concern, like how people were all like "vaccines cause autism". It's mainly said by vegans as a scare tactic to stop people from using milk.
