What if I lost it because I was spinning it around on my pencil like a helicopter blade, and it slipped off and beaned some poor sap in the back of the head, and the teacher took it from me and sent me to the principal's office, after which I spent the rest of the day in detention and got grounded when I got home, and ended up never getting it back?

Not that that's ever happened to me or anything....
