I don't understand why people aren't finding it funny... I did. I've seen a few other of Tardassa's comics, and while some are funnier than others, this one was pretty funny - in my opinion.
I thought it was a pretty clever way to poke fun at womens' (apparently universal, and somewhat irrational) desperate desire to have children before they grow too old (thought I'd explain, since it seems a lot of people didn't understand the joke).
I find her use of bold text odd at times, though (like with the "queue" here).

The problem is it's only funny to like, 6% of the population. Only women will get it, really, because they're the ones with that instinct, unless you count kidnapping pedophiles i suppose. Also a few men that are dating women currently in this situation might get it (like me) but to them its usually not funny because either they can't have kids, or don't want them.

Are you single or in a relationship you're worried might not work out? And more importantly are you over 25? That's when I've noticed women start to worry about it. If not good for you for not worrying about when you're gonna have children, or maybe you don't want any.
But it's funny because of the (relatively) irrational behavior, just like it is funny to make fun of womens' moodswings while they are on their period etc. - not so funny for the poor guy at the receiving end of those moodswings, of course, but you know what I mean :)
