This sums it all up.
YOU MONSTERS
hint: reason they became illegal is because it' s
CHILDRENS thing and CHILDREN would eat
and choke on the small pieces back when they
didn' t have a warning about it.
out the toy' s is in a plastic container inside the egg
it' s not like there' s little toy parts floating around in it
if you somehow manage to swallow that huge ball
container then it' s natural selection
In Germany we didn' t need a warning, we were smart
enough not to eat a fuc king huge yellow container.

When they are talking about it being a choking hazard for kids they mean for kids 3 years old and under and since it's a chocolate product it's considered for kids of all ages.

There is a version of Kinder Eggs called Choco Treasures that were made in a way that is legal to be sold in the U.S.

i still don't see whats the problem.
how about other people just take care of their children and (in this case) give their kid both halves of the chocolate egg without the yellow container?
but yeah i get it, it's never the parents fault, always someone else's
also: Germany, **** yeah

"However, due to children who didn't think to break the ball before consuming, the product was withdrawn in 1997, after competitors and consumers groups campaigned that the toy posed a choking hazard."

How large are those kids' mouths...

Those guns are legal in the US because they don't ******* actually exist.

I don't know dude. Using the pistol grip to judge size, I'd say each of those rifles is theoretically well over .50 caliber which makes each of them a highly regulated destructive device. Also, I'm pretty sure the bottom one wouldn't work since with that magazine placement there is literally no where to put the action.

But seriously, where are those guns from? I feel like I've seen them before.

People sue each other non-stop in the U.S., so we ban things like these. I remember these giant Pokeballs that McDonald's was giving away with kid's meals when I was a kid was banned. It was large so large that you couldn't get away with flushing it down the toilet, let alone choke on it. My mother decided that we shouldn't have them. When she took it away from me, I just asked "why can't I play with the things that I like?" She just looked at me and said "because you have to suffer for other people's stupidity."

I love how they post sci fi guns and **** , to make them look scarier just to make guns/firearms look evil

>back when they didn't have a warning about it
implying that kids young enough to choke on small parts were able to read the warnings and be like "oh **** , I better not eat this"

Here in Brazil they're legal, and I never heard of anybody who choked on it. And we're pretty stupid.

The reason Kinder eggs are illegal is basically because of a law that says you cannot sell things not intended for eating inside of things that are, it's actually pretty general and I don't it was meant to target any specific company or product.

Here we go with the gun debate
#75 - ofmiceandmen (09/07/2013) [+] (2 replies)
I don't really think any of those guns even exist.

If they did they would all be unreasonably large caliber based on their pistol grip size and size of the barrel which means regular civilians can't just go buy one.

Then there's the whole guns don't kill people, people kill people. If someone really wants to kill someone they can do it just fine without a gun especially when guns are outlawed in a country. The victim could be carrying and all they would have to do is show the attacker their gun and 9 times out of 10 the attacker isn't gunna mess with them because that's a situation nobody wants to deal with.

If guns are outlawed and the attacker has a knife well you're basically ****** now aren't you? What's worse is if the attacker has an illegally obtained gun and you don't have one because guns are illegal in your country and you're law abiding. What do you do then?
