It was used on the beaches on Normandy to take out mines, it saved lives. If it looks stupid but it works means it isn't stupid.
It would've been more useful when there used to be slaves.

It's a mine clearing vehicle... However the prospect of driving this through a One Direction concert's crowd is appealing.

>went out to an old military base during a field day
>they had an old one of these out
>figured it was just a new replica display so i go climb on it to man the fake gun on top.
>i see the hatch on top can actually open so i open it and stick my legs down
>some guy is in there and grabs my legs (glad i didn't flip and kick him)
>turns out it's not a display or a replica
>it's the real deal and works
>guy is in good spirits and ok that i crawled on it
>"toys are still toys no matter how old you get"
>he explains what it was used for and that people would just surrender when they saw this things
>i couldn't understand why
>they set out a field full of melons and other obstacles like metal drums, balloons, and a plywood shed
>this thing is as loud as sin when it cranks up and looks as scary as it too
>that thing rolled forward about 9 miles an hour and didn't slow down one bit as it rolled through everything.
>it turned everything into a fine pulp for about a hundred yards before it picked its drum back up
>honestly the scariest ways to die that ive ever seen

This tank is at Canadian forces base Borden. It was designed as a anti minefield tank and worked on using the balls to hit the ground to stimulate the impact of a person walking to set off mines so a infantry group could walk behind it unhindered.
I'd like to call the my automatic slave whipper 5000, the wheel of chains spin and automatically whip my slaves for me
