Wait a second... if the last one is true, then how do we explain the origin of the earth? The story is, it was chaos and then followed order, but that simply can't be. Adding time to something does not equal order, it equals chaos. Deterioration.

Earth isn't chaos?

Look at the moon. All the matter just sits there doing nothing for the most part. Doing nothing = order.

Now Earth... there's balls of matter running around going crazy on their own all over it and it's like -> <- this close to blowing itself to bits.

The earth is not a closed system. Order tends to fall to disorder, but there can be little clusters of order building up within the closed system [universe], making a micro-open system [earth] that will eventually become disorderly with the full system.

you're only looking at the earth
in your case, the earth decreases in entropy/chaos but the surrounding universe (the system) has an overall increase

i dont think so its more like... its chemistry more than physics. it takes energy for the atoms to combine and the molecules to form to decrease the entropy of the earth right? that energy is drawn from the whole universe (a system which the earth is a part of) and, in doing so, leaves less energy for the rest of the universe to form those kind of bonds
without that energy, higher molecules/atoms/particles outside of the earth will dissociate (and consequently donate free energy) in order to compensate for the loss of equilibrium
